The Finance & Procurement division plays a crucial role in providing corporate support with respect to finance and purchasing activities, enabling us to execute our strategy and achieve our objectives effectively.

The Procurement Specialist - Service Parts & Accessories will be responsible for developing and implementing competitive sourcing strategies through supplier negotiations to ensure optimal supplier selection, management, and mix.

This role is based in Altona with flexible work arrangements available. Some travel to our Port Melbourne office may be required.

You will coordinate the assessment and selection of suppliers, enhance corporate profitability through ongoing supplier management, and contribute to the development and implementation of service parts and accessories commodity strategies.

Key responsibilities include assisting in the development, continuous improvement, and standardization of processes and procedures for purchasing service parts and accessories, as well as maintaining reporting systems to provide accurate and timely information for planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Required attributes include a degree qualification or equivalent experience, experience in purchasing and procurement, strong logical, analytical, and quantitative skills, and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
