Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work with a leading industry player.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with business rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert internal Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders
  • Monitor supplier delivery dates and communicate status to stakeholders
  • Manage price discrepancies and errors, raising Supplier Cost Amendment forms as required
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes and support the delivery of purchased products and services

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar procurement role
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple enquiries
  • Mid-level to strong capability in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
