Clinical Therapist Opportunity

At ORS, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our national team of 200+ therapists. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical expertise in a friendly and well-supported environment.

As a Clinical Therapist with ORS, you will be working under the NDIS and private sector, providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types. You will have the opportunity to work across various environments, including family homes, group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS offices.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical therapy services to clients, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT & DBT, and person-centred and trauma-informed approaches. You will also have the opportunity to administer psychological assessments and receive training to develop your skills in this area.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
  • A car and licence
  • National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
