Therapeutic Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Speech Pathologists who enjoy flexibility in working across various settings, including clinics and community environments.

  • Manage an allocated caseload based on negotiated hours and deliver timely therapeutic services.
  • Work with early years clients (0-5) in clinic or home-based settings, focusing on speech sounds, early language, feeding, and school-readiness.
  • Provide assessments and implementation for school-aged children (5-18) in areas such as literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC.
  • Support adults with functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management, as well as neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and acquired brain injury rehabilitation.
  • Develop neuro-affirming supports for our large neurodivergent population across all age groups.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
  • Deliver high-quality therapeutic support to individuals of all ages and abilities.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists and physiotherapists within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
