Position Overview:
We are looking for Regional Distribution Operators to support our Fertiliser Operations Team during the busy season.
Our clientele primarily consists of farmers, transport companies, and agents who deliver fertilizers to the agricultural sector. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers who visit our facility receive high-quality products in a timely manner.
As part of a supportive and experienced team, you will be responsible for the safe operation and upkeep of equipment and facilities within established guidelines. This includes maintaining storage areas and ensuring that machinery operates efficiently. Responsibilities may involve operating front-end loaders and forklifts for the movement of fertilizer products, as well as control room tasks.
CSBP employees prioritize teamwork to achieve daily objectives and seek opportunities for business improvement. You will receive structured training and support, becoming an integral part of a company that continuously strives to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute all dispatch/storage tasks in accordance with environmental policies and procedures while prioritizing safety for yourself and others. Assist in ensuring that quality products are available as needed. Maintain accurate records of plant, equipment, and incident history using appropriate management systems. Address plant breakdowns and implement alternatives to prevent delays for customers. Regularly communicate with your Supervisor to ensure the availability of products and resources to meet customer demands. Consistently uphold high standards of customer service.Required Skills & Experience:
Ability to perform tasks in accordance with documented procedures and an understanding of permitting systems. Proficient in computer use and open to learning new technologies. Self-motivated with a positive attitude, capable of working independently and contributing to a strong team culture. Commitment to personal safety and the safety of others, with knowledge of safe work practices. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Problem-solving abilities. Previous experience operating mobile and fixed plant is not essential but may be advantageous. All candidates must complete a pre-employment medical examination, including a Drug & Alcohol test.Our team is scheduled based on the demands of the peak season, with shifts typically arranged between March and July. This role requires flexibility with working hours, including early morning starts and late finishes, and may involve weekend work. In return, you will receive competitive compensation.
