Key Responsibilities- Coordinate scaffolding operations to ensure compliance with manufacturer design specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to grow the scaffold department and identify new business opportunities.
- Implement safe systems of work and lead teams of scaffolders and other team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Schedule ongoing and future work to provide excellent customer service and meet business objectives.
- Construction Industry White Card (essential)
- Worksafe High Risk Licence - Scaffolding Advanced (preferred)
- Police Clearance suitable for Gold Industry (obtained within the past 12 months - essential)
- Drivers Licence (essential)
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test
