Site Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Manager to oversee the construction of residential Class 1 projects in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all on-site activities are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage onsite teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
  • Maintain open communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Address any defective works promptly and ensure that necessary corrections are made.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to ensure project timelines are met.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a supervisor managing class 1 buildings.
  • Significant industry experience with exposure to trades, suppliers, and clients.
  • Hold a valid Australian driver's license and current First Aid training.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Strong understanding of WHS requirements and conflict resolution skills.
