Job Summary
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe and effective products to our customers.
This position requires close collaboration with manufacturing teams to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets.
Key responsibilities include leading the New Product Introduction process, driving continuous improvement in manufacturing quality systems, and conducting reviews across manufacturing lines.
The QA representative will also act as a liaison for key manufacturing-related projects, including site expansions and supplier onboarding.
Responsibilities also include preparing and maintaining Quality Agreements, Quality Plans, and Risk Assessments, as well as coaching, mentoring, and providing technical quality leadership within the QA Manufacturing team.
Candidate must have experience in regulated, high-volume manufacturing environments, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
A strong background in manufacturing QA and process validation, non-conformance investigations, CAPA, change control, and regulatory compliance is essential.
Additionally, candidate should demonstrate ability to lead projects, work independently, and meet deadlines, with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience working with global teams and across multiple manufacturing sites is highly desirable.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
- Minimum 5 years' experience in regulated, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing QA and process validation
- Regulatory compliance experience (FDA, ISO)
- Leadership and project management skills
