We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator Manager to lead our events team and oversee the planning and delivery of community and commercial events.
About the Role- Manage a team of event coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event execution.
- Develop and implement event plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community groups to secure sponsorships and partnerships.
- Lead the end-to-end event planning process, from conceptualization to execution.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual, and technical requirements.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, attendees, and team members throughout the event lifecycle.
- Proven track record in event coordination or management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
