We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage our events team. The successful candidate will possess leadership experience in event coordination or management, as well as strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction, support, and development opportunities to the Events team.
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of Council-led events and support community and commercial events in the region.
  • Cultivate collaboration across departments, community groups, and agencies to streamline event delivery.

This role requires a skilled individual who can work closely with the Events team to bring together community events that showcase the region's unique character. You will be responsible for ensuring every detail comes together seamlessly, from initial planning to final execution.
