We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lifestyle Assistant to join our team at Homestyle Aged Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing lifestyle activities that engage residents in purposeful and meaningful ways.

Reporting to the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will work closely with residents, families, and colleagues to create a warm and inclusive environment that promotes social interaction, physical activity, and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of lifestyle activities, including events, programs, and outings
  • Work collaboratively with residents, families, and colleagues to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and community partners
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV Aged Care
  • Certificate IV Leisure and Health
  • Current and valid police check
  • Vaccination certificate
