About Our Client

Michael Page is a leading provider of recruitment services, and we are currently seeking a highly experienced Strategic Retail Portfolio Manager to lead our client's retail real estate strategy across Australia.

Estimated Salary: AU$150,000 - AU$200,000 per annum

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned retail real estate professional to drive business growth and expansion in the luxury fashion sector. As a National Real Estate Manager, you will oversee the leasing strategy and negotiations for all retail locations across Australia, ensuring premium standards align with the brand image.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in retail real estate management, particularly within the luxury or premium retail sector. A strong knowledge of the Australian retail property market, particularly in Sydney and key national locations, is essential. Proven experience in leasing, negotiations, and managing a diverse store portfolio is also required.

We are looking for a self-starter with exceptional strategic thinking, a focus on growth, expansion, and market opportunities. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are must-haves. The successful applicant will be able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

The Successful Applicant
  • Extensive experience in retail real estate management, ideally within the luxury or premium retail sector
  • Strong knowledge of the Australian retail property market, particularly in Sydney and key national locations
  • Proven experience in leasing, negotiations, and managing a diverse store portfolio
  • Exceptional strategic thinking with a focus on growth, expansion, and market opportunities
