We are seeking an experienced and passionate culinary professional to join our dynamic kitchen team as a Chef De Partie.

Key Qualifications
  • Must have full Australian working rights
  • Previous experience in the hotel industry with the same position
  • Knowledge of food safety requirements
  • A strong understanding of food safety requirements, strong product knowledge of menu items and seasonal ingredients, also knowledge of how to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • Self-motivated and energetic
  • Service oriented with an eye for detail
  • An ability to understand and navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong focus and passion for hotel operations
