Rugby Team Operations Manager

The Glennie School is a reputable Anglican day and boarding school for girls. We are seeking a dedicated Rugby Coordinator to work under the direction of the Head of Department - Sport and High Performance.
About the role:
We require a committed and enthusiastic individual to plan and run training sessions, develop and support coaches, organise gala days, and coach teams on game days.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging training sessions
- Develop and support our coaching team
- Organise and execute successful gala days
- Celebrate and encourage our teams on game days
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification or experience as a Rugby Coach or Coordinator
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and maintain positive relationships
- Flexibility in working hours from time to time
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
- An ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and maintain professional boundaries
- Familiarity with legal obligations relating to child safety
- A current Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card
