Downlands College is seeking applications for a variety of sports coaching roles for the commencement of Term 4.

Owned and operated by the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart, Downlands has a long history of sporting and co-curricular achievement. Nurtured by a deeply committed team of teachers and support staff, our tradition fosters an educational philosophy that is heart-centred and values-driven.

Due to significant growth in our student population and resultingly, our co-curricular offerings, we are seeking the involvement of experienced sports coaches, looking for an opportunity to contribute to the skill and social development of our students, in a range of sports offered across Term 4 of 2025 and Term 1 of 2026. These include, Rugby 7s, Swimming, Touch Football, Volleyball, Futsal and Cricket.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in coaching, with a Level 1 Coaching Accreditations as desirable, where appropriate
  • Confidence in skill development and a desire to engage with children and adolescents in a way that contributes to their holistic formation
  • Willingness to work mornings/afternoons and weekends
