Role Overview

The position of Digital HR Product Lead involves overseeing the development and maintenance of core HRIS, Recruitment, Learning and Employee Experience platforms. This role requires strong leadership skills to drive product roadmaps aligned with the organisation's Group People strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Product Specialists and Advisers to deliver high-performance products that meet business needs.
  • Develop and execute operational plans to ensure products evolve with changing requirements while maintaining high availability and compliance.
  • Monitor product performance, drive adoption and engagement, and oversee bi-annual Workday releases.
  • Foster trusted relationships with stakeholders across People & Culture, IT, Finance and Procurement.

About the Ideal Candidate

You will be a strong people and product leader with a passion for HR technology and digital enablement. To be successful, you will bring:

  • 5-7 years' experience in HRIS configuration and Leadership (Workday preferred) and continuous improvement.
  • Deep knowledge of HR technology landscape and SaaS/cloud platforms.
  • Experience leading product releases, system configuration and operational support.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior/executive levels.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field; HR experience preferred.
