About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Avionics Technical Instructor. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating training on behalf of 35SQN.

  • You will instruct and assess theory and practical courses detailed in the C-27J TLS Training Program to schedule and customer specifications.
  • Deliver the maintenance suite of training for the C-27J platform to operational maintenance personnel as well as NGA maintenance and engineering teams.
  • Contracted C-27J and S&TE training courses, including maintaining and updating training materials and ensuring accurate training records are maintained.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while making a real impact in the field.

What You Will Need
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in technical instruction and training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
