Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. As part of the Atlas McNeil Healthcare division, you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing healthcare customer portfolio of predominantly Aged Care facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an existing healthcare customer portfolio of predominantly Aged Care facilities
  • Identify key opportunities to expand our client's market share in these customers by introducing new products
  • Facilitate customer education and training programs and provide product support
  • Meet sales KPIs and targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within the Healthcare sector, preferably with Nursing Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to speak confidently and deliver a continence education program to a large audience of nursing staff and management
  • Proven track record of account management and sales experience
