Job Title: Senior Healthcare Manager

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our healthcare team and contribute to the improvement of aged care services in South Australia. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for guiding our multidisciplinary team and ensuring high-quality clinical care delivery.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional clinical leadership and mentorship to your team members
  • Drive innovation and quality improvement initiatives to enhance client experiences
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Foster partnerships with key stakeholders to expand our reach and impact
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy, along with current AHPRA registration
  • At least two years' experience in community aged care, preferably in HCP, CHSP, or TCP settings
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of supervising, developing, and motivating teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex referrals and assessments with a client-centered approach
  • In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and funding frameworks
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and SA Driver's Licence
