At RAA, we're seeking a Senior Market Research Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of actionable insights that drive business growth. This exciting opportunity is based in Adelaide CBD and offers a chance to work in a dynamic culture defined by its values and people.

About the Role

This permanent position involves identifying and providing high-quality consumer and market research across the RAA Research Program. You will be responsible for enabling data-driven decisions supporting business stakeholders' objectives while ensuring an efficient and well-governed approach to group research is employed. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the delivery of an annual research program across various areas, including understanding consumer needs, purchase behaviors, product perceptions, brand awareness, satisfaction, and loyalty across segments.
  • Employing best practice approaches to design and implement qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to meet business objectives.
  • Developing quality reports on research outcomes, identifying key patterns, trends, and opportunities.
  • Monitoring market conditions and competitor behaviors to inform broader insights.
  • Collaborating with Research & Insights Leads and stakeholders to provide strategic recommendations to increase market growth, penetration, and share of wallet.
  • Advocating research across RAA Group to broaden understanding and impacts of insights through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Evaluating ongoing governance over research processes and systems of delivery.
About You

We're looking for someone who has a passion for working in a high-performance culture and close-knit team environment. You should have a strong interest in data and research, and thrive by providing insights and strategic recommendations to drive business growth. To stand out, you'll need to bring:

  • A successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications, such as Marketing/Market Research/Statistics/Business, IS, or related disciplines.
  • Three years plus experience in a similar research position.
  • Experience running quantitative surveys and qualitative focus groups/in-depth interviews.
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in market research is essential.
  • Experience with Qualtrics and Q Research (desired).
  • Highly developed skills in research design, survey scripting, and delivery.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of research methodologies and techniques.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of what drives and influences consumer behaviors.

$80,000 - $100,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on experience.
