- A tertiary qualification in marketing, commerce, or UX design is essential for this role.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in digital experience is required.
- Passtion for developing digital strategies aimed at enhancing member experience and retention is a must.
- You possess advanced SEO copywriting skills and a deep understanding of accessibility and inclusivity in content design.
- You are an empathetic communicator who can advocate for users with clear, concise copy.
- You are comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You are passionate about the digital experience and have knowledge of digital design, UX design, content writing, and content management.
- You have exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- You are a strong researcher and analyst.
