We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that considers all touchpoints along the user journey.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing and/or agency account management, with a strong understanding of data and analytics. They will also have experience in CRM strategy, planning, and execution, as well as technology underpinning platforms and content management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a digital strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives
  • Analyze and report on digital performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and/or agency account management
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics, with ability to use reporting platforms
  • Experience in CRM strategy, planning, and execution
  • Understanding of technology underpinning platforms and experience using a CMS
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
