- Shift Management: Handle unallocated shifts, manage leave requests, and ensure that client needs are met.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with support workers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain enquiry registers, and handle other administrative duties as required.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong experience in rostering software applications and a proven ability to efficiently manage client schedules. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong Rostering Skills: Proven experience with rostering software applications and a strong understanding of rostering principles.
- Aged Care Experience: Previous experience in the Aged and Community Care sector, with a strong understanding of client needs and service delivery.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with support workers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately manage client schedules and rosters.
