Garden and Landscape Maintenance Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting leadership role within our garden and landscape maintenance team. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our team of professionals in providing premium garden and landscape maintenance services.

  • Lead a team of 2 people
  • Contribute to building the company brand through quality work and presentation
  • Perform general landscape garden maintenance, including lawns, hedges, trees, and weed control
  • Maintain irrigation systems, test, and repair as needed
  • Apply herbicides and pesticides safely
  • Operate company vehicles and equipment
  • Manage yourself and others to achieve timelines and standards
  • Communicate effectively with management and customers
  • Use a smartphone app to report jobs and manage tasks
  • Identify, report, and resolve issues proactively

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in landscape maintenance
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a leading hand/team leader role
  • White Card required
  • Cert in Horticulture preferred but not required
  • Ability to set and achieve goals, work independently
  • Well-presented individual
  • Manual driver's license required
  • ACDC license preferred or willing to upskill
  • Current First Aid certification preferred but not required
