Are you a dynamic Marketing Specialist ready to make a real impact in healthcare?

Sonic Clinical Services is looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our head office team in Sydney full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to marketing initiatives that drive patient acquisition, retention, and engagement across our network of over 150 IPN Medical Centres nationwide.

In this key role, you will plan, create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring all communications stay true to our brand. You'll work closely with external and internal teams to deliver consistent, high-impact campaigns at scale. Data-driven decision-making will be central to your work as you monitor campaign performance, extract insights, and optimise results.

About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field essential
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering impactful, results-driven marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing large-scale campaigns across multiple locations (100+ sites)
  • Strong data literacy and ability to interpret marketing metrics related to acquisition, engagement and retention to inform decision-making
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral
  • Proven experience working with external agencies and suppliers
  • Familiar with a broad range of media formats, including digital, social, OOH, print, and other advertising channels
  • Exceptional copywriting skills across formats such as in-centre signage, social media and marketing materials
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience or familiarity with the healthcare industry and its regulatory environment is highly regarded
