The Account Manager is a critical role that involves building strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers to drive sales growth and revenue.
About the Role:- We are seeking an experienced Account Manager who can develop and execute effective strategies to grow existing accounts and achieve sales targets
- Sales Revenue and Margin Targets: Achieve and exceed sales revenue and margin targets within allocated territory/sector
- GAP Selling: Develop and implement plans to increase sales from existing accounts
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers to ensure we meet our agreed service expectations and manage any disputes/queries in a timely manner
- Customer Advisory Services: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
You'll have a proven track record of success in account management, preferably within industrial sales, and possess excellent organisational and communication skills to interact effectively with all areas of the business
Requirements:- Australian Driver's License: Must hold a full clean Australian Driver's license
- Motivation and Pro-Activity: Highly motivated, pro-active and self-starting individual who can succeed unsupervised
- Experience: Experience with field sales is preferred but not essential
