Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of heating ventilation and air conditioning systems ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily on-site operations manage subcontractors and allocate resources to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to address challenges and maintain clear communication.
  • Ensure site safety practices are upheld including adherence to safety regulations and conducting risk assessments.
Requirements
  • 5+ years HVAC site management experience in Australia.
  • HVAC trade qualification.
  • Experience working with Tier 2 builders and above.
  • Experience running large-scale commercial healthcare education or government projects valued up to $10m mechanical value.
  • Strong subcontractor and client management skills and the ability to manage OH&S and all relevant project documentation and reporting.
