About the company:A leading Tier 1 HVAC contractor with expertise across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, and government, they deliver high-quality, compliant solutions HVAC systems, ensuring efficient and reliable building operations.Due to new project wins in Canberra, they are looking to onboard a standout HVAC Site Manager.What your day looks like:Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate daily on-site operations, manage subcontractors, and allocate resources to meet project timelines and budgets.
Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address challenges and maintain clear communication.
Ensure site safety practices are upheld, including adherence to safety regulations and conducting risk assessments.
About you:5+ years HVAC Site Management experience in Australia.
HVAC trade qualification.
Experience working with Tier 2 builders and above.
Experience running large scale commercial, healthcare, education or government projects valued up to $10m mechanical value.
Strong subcontractor and client management skills, and the ability to manage OH&S and all relevant project documentation and reporting.
Remuneration & BenefitsRemuneration based on skills and experience - up to $130k plus super Fully maintained company vehicle with fuel card & e tag Long term commercial & government projects in Canberra.
