($40-$55ph)$2,000 Sign on Bonus for suitable candidate, paid on commencement & successful completion of 6-month probation period.

About The Role: Provide high level customer service when representing Grosvenor, presenting in a high standard, and dealing with customer requests in a professional manner.
Carry out maintenances, service repairs and installations ensuring all work carried out is to the highest standard of good trade practices and completed in a timely & professional manner.
Take ownership of and have pride in the condition of sites maintained by you, whilst building strong relationships/rapport with clients and site facilities managers.
Identify opportunities for any potential repairs, upgrade work, refurbishments, and new business.
Identify hazards and safety issues using the safety app and report safety concerns to your supervisor Provide support, leadership, & assist in mentoring of apprentices.
We Recommend You have: Trade Qualification in Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Current Drivers Licence Restricted Electrical licence OHS Construction Induction Card Working with asbestos containing material (10852 NAT)A focus on quality and safety Ability to work within a team or autonomously.
