Leadership Opportunity for Advisory Services

We are seeking a highly accomplished individual to drive our advisory practice across various industries in Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to realize the vision for the regional advisory group. This includes refining market plans, expanding market penetration, and enhancing competitive positioning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in senior consulting/leadership capacity with experience in engineering. They will be able to articulate key points of an argument persuasively and develop effective strategies to achieve business objectives.

The position requires a high level of industry and market awareness, boundary-spanning skills, team skills, and role expertise. The ideal candidate will be based in Brisbane or Perth and have experience in building and managing distributed teams of professionals.

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to realize the vision for the regional advisory group.
  • Lead the expansion of the advisory business and brand into new markets.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the advisory group representing it at conferences and speaking engagements in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive growth and expansion in the regional advisory group.
  • Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the advisory business and brand into new markets.
  • Ambassadorship: Represent the advisory group at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to build relationships and promote the organization's services.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in senior consulting/leadership capacity with a strong track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the mining, metals, energy, and infrastructure industries in Australia.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
