About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for enhancing financial accountability, robust record keeping, and general financial capability and efficiencies into programme delivery.
You will provide oversight and support to the Finance and Payroll teams, demonstrating leadership, initiative, and an innovative approach to financial management. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and advocating for improved internal financial controls and processes across the wider organisation
- Managing all aspects of financial accountability, ensuring compliance with appropriate accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Implementing and maintaining internal controls and safeguards for all financial transactions

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business or a related field
- Experience working in a senior finance role in a medium to large organisation
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable relationship building and maintenance skills with a range of stakeholders
- A flexible, outcome-focused mindset with a proven ability to contribute to the risk management maturity and success of the organisation
