- Food Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to the food safety program schedule and maintain a safe food handling environment, adhering to Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff, ensuring their needs and requirements are met.
- Warm and Compassionate: Possess a warm and compassionate approach to working with residents, families, and staff.

- Availability: Be available to work a 7-day roster, including weekends and flexible hours.
- Industry Training: Hold a Food Handling and Hygiene Certificate and have previous experience working in an aged care or catering team.
