Job Title: Community Engagement Project Worker

About the Role

The position involves working with the Team Leader to develop and deliver initiatives that support Aboriginal men, families, youth, children, and Elders across the northern region.

This role requires culturally respectful engagement, safe practices, and sustained community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating program attendance
  • Mentoring young people
  • Assisting client services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in social work (or equivalent)
  • Minimum two years' experience in Family Violence sector
  • Valid Police Check and Working with Children's Check
