About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and administration for a thriving community hub.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the hub, ensuring alignment with our policies and practices. This includes providing administrative support, responding to enquiries, booking facilities, maintaining records, and processing invoices.

  • Providing outstanding customer service and administration to ensure users and visitors are highly satisfied.
  • Skillfully managing bookings, records, and invoicing in accordance with established procedures.

You will work closely with the broader Community, Events and Place Unit to activate the Hub and strengthen community relationships using a place-based development approach. This involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders to create a welcoming, safe, active, and inclusive community space.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in integrated community facility support and working with broad stakeholder groups.
  • Strong customer service and administration skills, including the ability to effectively manage the daily operations of the hub.
  • Able to develop quality communications using various formats, including brochures, social media, notice boards, reports, and e-newsletters.
