Job Title: Dog Bather/Dryer

This role involves caring for pets in a humane and safe manner. As a dog bather/dryer, you will be responsible for preparing, bathing, and finishing pets according to the owner's instructions.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience or qualifications in pet care, as this will be highly regarded. However, it is not a must.

Responsibilities:
  • Bathing and drying pets using humane practices and minimizing pet stress
  • Maintaining and cleaning the bathing area
  • Trimming nails, brushing teeth, expressing anal glands, and cleaning ears safely and as trained
  • Finishing pets with bows, cologne, coat gloss, or other requested products

The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring long periods of standing and bending. The ability to lift up to 10kg is also essential.

This is a casual position with flexible scheduling. Morning shifts are available, but no weekends are required. Overtime pay and penalty rates apply.
