Amazon Operations Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Operations Shift Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Graduate Operations Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates in our Delivery Stations, ensuring the efficient delivery of customer orders, and continuously improving processes to drive excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of associates in our Delivery Stations, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient delivery of customer orders.
- Continuously improve processes to drive excellence, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination, driving progress and achieving targets.
- Exercise sound judgment, ensuring progress and targets are realistic and achievable, and making informed decisions to drive success.
- Completed a tertiary qualification (undergraduate or post-graduate) in the last 24 months in any discipline or degree.
- People-focused, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Loves to analyze problems and develop solutions, with a strong ability to work independently.
- Possesses leadership qualities, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire a team.
