As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you'll work with large organisations, growing companies, and private equity firms on complex deals. Our unique combination of strategy, transactions, tax, and corporate finance delivers real-world value.

  • We partner with CEOs, boards, and governments every step of the way to deliver an integrated approach to our clients before, during, and after a transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in due diligence engagements related to business acquisitions or disposals.
  • Project manage information flows and key stakeholders.
  • Identify business development opportunities and assist Partners and Directors on proposals and new business opportunities.

You'll have skills and attributes including:

  • A degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment.
  • Project management and client relationship skills.
