Business Growth Manager Opportunity

The role of Business Growth Manager is pivotal in driving business expansion and performance enablement. The successful candidate will lead coaching, strategic support, and growth initiatives to boost settlement volumes, revenue, team development, and diversification.

  • Able to motivate and hold individuals accountable while building high-trust relationships

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior financial services, business coaching, or mortgage broking role
  • Demonstrated experience in improving performance across multiple businesses
