Job Title: Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused individual to fill the role of Transportation Coordinator.

About the Role:

The Transportation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end delivery of vehicles, ensuring a seamless client experience.

  • Prepare accurate settlement documentation and manage records in the CRM system.
  • Liaise with dealerships to track vehicle orders and arrange mechanical inspections.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues impacting delivery timelines or client satisfaction.
About You:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to foster trust.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Experience in fleet management (desirable).
