Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Client Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of commercial clients across various industries. This includes managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience.

You will identify development opportunities for designated portfolios and work closely with the Sales team to provide broking services on new accounts.

Additionally, you will contribute to the strategic direction of the Commercial business, achieve targets, and mentor team members within the region.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires exceptional client relationship management capabilities, a Tier 1 qualification, and strong people management skills. You should also possess first-class communication and presentation skills, a keen entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products.
