Program Enablement Lead

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team at Woolworths Group. As a trusted advisor to the Program team and Procurement function, you will support and empower them by leveraging leading practice program management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of key programs, including the Group Procurement Capability Framework and Quarterly Delivery Cycle.
- Be a leader in agile, robust project & program management and a key member of the Group Program Management Tribe.
- Build credibility and be a trusted advisor to the Senior Programs and Governance Manager and senior stakeholders across the Business Units to demonstrate the value they receive through structured proactive program management.
- Be challenged in a key role where you will make a visible impact on the success of the Woolworths Group and manage C-Suite / senior stakeholder relationships.
- Extensive experience leading medium to large-scale corporate programs.
- Specialist program management skills developed as a member of a complex program team with multiple workstreams (People, Process and Systems), utilising agile methodologies.
- Well-developed problem-solving toolkit including analytical with a creative mindset that brings clarity to ambiguity and the development of the storyboard to engage and bring stakeholders along the journey.
- Proven collaboration and strong business partnering skills with senior Stakeholders.
- A Program Management tool kit that will support the development of the Group Procurement Program Management standards leveraging data and automation to drive delivery and performance tracking efficiencies.
