About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Crime Specialist to contribute to our Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing obligations. In this role, you will help us excel at securing and enhancing financial wellbeing through risk management.

  • Risk Management: Identify trends and report on these in line with our vision.
  • Building Relationships: Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Expert Knowledge: Share your expertise on operational needs and processes, translating policies into operational impacts and business requirements.
  • Minimising Risk: Capture and document due diligence, findings, and decision rationale within relevant alert and case management systems.
  • Staying Up-to-date: Maintain an up-to-date focus on Financial Crime and security-related trends, sharing knowledge obtained with the team.
  • Confidentiality: Act in a discrete and confidential manner to ensure policies and processes remain confidential.

If you have experience in AML/CTF operations, Transaction Monitoring, Suspicious Matter Reporting, High Risk Customers, Politically Exposed Persons, Sanctions, Terrorism Financing, and Payments, we want to hear from you.

You will report directly to a Financial Crime Operations Manager and operate within delegated authorities, following Standard Operating Procedures. We're keen to support your career development and encourage you to drive your own development plan and participate in regular coaching discussions.
