Fund Administration Specialist

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Operations Analyst.
As an Operations Analyst, you will oversee all fund administration and operations tasks, ensuring clients have up-to-date information on their fund's investment performance and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day fund operations.
- Prepare reports, including performance, valuation, and regulatory reports.
- Manage investor base, including on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and shareholder statements.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance of investment documentation.
- Prepare Board reports on financial status and performance.
- Calculate and process distribution payments and management fees.
- Ensure anti-money laundering obligations are met.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Services in a fund operations or middle office role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional time management to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and multitask.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously and within a team.
