Key Role in Compliance and Governance

This position plays a crucial role in implementing new controls, policies, and procedures across the organization.

The successful candidate will review, measure, report, and ensure compliance with regards to quality, accreditation, policy, procedural, incident management, and complaints issues.

Establishing standards, providing training to ensure understanding, reviewing processes, updating plans, and reporting back to management is vital to success.

The individual must have a strong understanding of compliance, assurance, and risk management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and updating policies and procedures to ensure they are effective and compliant
  • Conducting audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Providing training and support to ensure understanding of compliance requirements
  • Reporting back to management and relevant statutory bodies
