Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive our national strategy, oversee bids and pitches, and lead our content creation efforts.


About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive national business development plan, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Curate compelling content for pitches, presentations, and submissions, leveraging tools like Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate divisional marketing initiatives in conjunction with the centralised marketing team, managing the annual marketing calendar and associated content.
  • Manage and maintain a best-practice submission framework, including content libraries, tools, and templates.
  • Run key national and NSW business development meetings, supporting content creation and strategy sessions.

Requirements:
  • Essential Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (essential) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Demonstrated experience in bid and pitch management, including creating engaging content and materials.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritise workflows, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and advanced written communication, spelling, and grammar skills.
  • Excellent internal stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, influence at senior levels, and work collaboratively.
