Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas.
  • Be open to working weekends and evening/night shifts.
  • Carry out detailed cleaning duties (e.g., floors, windows, restrooms, offices).
  • Manage and store cleaning supplies and equipment effectively.
  • Assist in the kitchen and help with meal delivery.
  • Provide support in laundry services and minor clothing repairs.
  • Assist with grounds maintenance (mowing, pruning, weeding).
  • Help with stores distribution and basic administrative tasks.
  • Dispose of waste responsibly.
  • Contribute to a safe, secure, and inclusive work environment.

About You:

  • A current valid Blue Card (or have an expired one that can be reinstated).
  • Be organised and reliable.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working across different tasks and locations.
  • Committed to maintaining high hygiene standards.
  • Positive and proactive in their approach.

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a Criminal History Check, reference checks, and pre-employment screening (including disclosure of serious disciplinary history).
  • Proof of right to work in Australia (citizenship, residency, or visa).
