Clean Operations Manager

Our company is seeking a seasoned Clean Operations Manager to lead our cleaning team at Townsville Airport. This role involves overseeing the performance of supervisors and team leaders, ensuring they are motivated and productive.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the cleaning team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, monitoring their progress and addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Manage incident reports and work closely with team members to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring cleaning services meet or exceed contract requirements.
  • Monitor and control absences and overtime within budgeted levels.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading or supervising cleaning teams in a domestic, commercial, or industrial setting.
  • A clean criminal history record to obtain an ASIC card (internal background check).
  • Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol test.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Well-presented and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Own transport.
