Warehouse Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable individual to assist in the daily operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for rotating and managing stock within freezers, picking and packing products accurately and efficiently, conducting stocktakes as required, and performing general duties within the freezer store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and rotate stock within freezers to ensure optimal storage conditions.
  • Pick and pack products with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Perform general duties within the freezer store, including cleaning and maintaining equipment.
  • Work safely in cold-room and freezer environments, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Maintain strict quality standards through close attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks, lifting up to 15kg.
  • Own personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-capped boots.
  • Quick learner with ability to think critically and solve problems.
  • Reliable, flexible, and self-motivated with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work both unsupervised and collaboratively with others.
