About This Role

This is an opportunity to provide and support minimally invasive surgical solutions as a Territory Manager.

Manage and grow the full breadth of clinical solutions for a variety of surgical specialties in both public and private operating theatres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow the full breadth of the company's portfolio of clinical solutions across a range of surgical specialties.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned hospitals.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create effective business plans and strategic selling strategies.
  • Implement and support educational programs.

About You

Currently working in a medical-related field or healthcare sales.

Able to provide clinical solutions and value outcomes for all stakeholders.

Working within the healthcare setting, you will aim to deliver solutions that benefit our customers and align with the company values.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven success in a medical-related field or other sales experience.
  • Preferred previous experience providing clinical support in an operating theatre setting.
  • Curiosity and a passion for learning.
  • Ability to retain and articulate complex clinical information.
  • High level of interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to successfully engage with all stakeholders.
  • Practical knowledge of the healthcare space.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
