Strata Manager Position

Job Description:
PICA Group is seeking a professional to fill the role of Assistant Strata Manager. This position involves supporting assigned Strata Managers in delivering exceptional service to clients, including repairs and maintenance, levies, meetings, compliance, and insurance. The ideal candidate will have experience in an admin role, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess strong relationship-building skills.
About You:
- You have some experience in an admin role
- You know how to use Microsoft but also have experience using a CRM/Document management system
- Experience in property management, strata/body corporate or real estate not a requirement but beneficial
- You see challenges as opportunities and know how to problem solve
- You have great relationship building skills
